Hat Fit Guide

Welcome to our hat fit guide! Here is everything you need to know about each style.

Structured, High-profile Hats:

  • These are 5-panel unisex hats
  • Measurements: When buckled at position pictured below, hat circumference is 22 inches. It can be adjusted smaller or larger, +/- approximately 2 inches, using the adjustable snapback closure. The front panel is 3.75 inches tall.
  • Materials: 100% cotton
  • Care: Please do not wash, as this will cause the hats to shrink or become misshapen. Spot clean only using a mild detergent or soap.
  • Fit: Front panel is seamless. It is considered "high-profile" because it is structured (stiff) and sits high above the head, unlike a low-profile hat that has collapsible front panels that sit more flush to the top of the head. It fits as pictured in the photos below.

Unstructured, Low-profile Hats:

  • These are 6-panel unisex hats
  • Measurements: The circumference of this hat can fit a head circumference anywhere from 20 to 23.5 inches comfortably by adjusting the back buckle for the perfect fit. 
  • Materials: 100% cotton
  • Care: Please do not wash, as this will cause the hats to shrink or become misshapen. Spot clean only using a mild detergent or soap.
  • Fit: Front panels are "low-profile" which means the front of the hat is unstructured (not stiff) and it sits more flush to the head. The front of the hat has a seam down the middle and fits as pictured in the photos below.

Foam/Mesh Trucker Hats:

  • These are classic unisex trucker hats
  • Measurements: When buckled at position pictured below, hat circumference is 22 inches. It can be adjusted smaller or larger, +/- approximately 2 inches, using the adjustable snapback closure. The front panel is just under 4 inches tall.
  • Materials: Sponge composite fabric & polyester mesh
  • Care: Please do not wash, as this will cause the hats to shrink or become misshapen. Spot clean only using a mild detergent or soap.
  • Fit: Photos below show the fit from multiple angles.

Kids Hats:

  • These are 5-panel unisex youth hats
  • Measurements: Hat circumference is 20.5 inches. It can be adjusted smaller or larger +/- approximately 1.5 inches comfortably, using the adjustable snapback closure. The front panel is 3.5 inches tall.
  • Materials: 100% cotton
  • Care: Please do not wash, as this will cause the hats to shrink or become misshapen. Spot clean only using a mild detergent or soap.
  • Fit: Front panel is seamless. It is considered "high-profile" because it is structured (stiff) and sits high above the head. It fits as pictured in the photos below. It typically fits ages 6-12, but please measure to ensure a good fit, as each child is different.

Please note: All of our hats are standard sized unisex hats. If you typically do not fit in standard sized hats and need special XL or XS sizing, please measure carefully before purchasing.

MEASURING INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Measure around the largest part of the head: Place a tape measure or string around your head, starting from the middle of the forehead, just above the eyebrows, and around the widest part at the back of the head. Keep the tape snug but not tight. Compare measurement to detailed hat measurements above to ensure a good fit!
