Ordering

How do I know which size to buy?

All of our apparel items are Unisex, which means they generally have a bit more room in the body and length in the sleeves than a traditional "women's fit."

Each listing also includes a detailed sizing chart with exact dimensions under the "Sizing Info" section on the listing. We recommend measuring a favorite, similar apparel item at home to compare to our sizing charts to make a decision that's best for you.

If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up if you like a little extra room or sizing down if you like your items more fitted!

Do you take Custom Orders?

Unfortunately, no, we are no longer able to take on any custom orders.

Shipping and Returns

When will my order ship?

We are a small family-owned business, and many of our items are made-to-order especially for you!

For that reason, it can take us anywhere from 2-10 business days from the time you placed your order to get your order made, packaged, and shipped out to you! We appreciate your patience, as we dedicate lots of love and care to your items!

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us within 24 hours using our contact form if an item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

We pride ourselves on providing well made, high-quality items and we will do everything in our power to resolve the issue and make it right!

I haven't received my order. Where's my package?

If you think your package has been lost, the first thing to do is check for tracking updates using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email or under the "My Orders" section of your account. Unfortunately, once we have handed your package over to the carrier, it is out of our hands. If the tracking number does not provide the information you are looking for, please reach out to the carrier directly with any further questions or concerns.

If your order does not include a tracking number or you're still having issues, please contact us directly using our contact form and we will assist you.

I gave you the wrong shipping address at checkout - what should I do?

If you accidentally submitted the incorrect shipping address, please shoot us an email ASAP using the "contact us" button below so we can help you get that updated before it ships.

If your package has already shipped, unfortunately, your only options are to try and track it down at the address it was shipped to - or if it gets returned to us, we can re-ship it to you at the correct address once we have it back.

Product Inquiries

My item doesn't fit how I had hoped - what can I do?

If you ordered a t-shirt or sweatshirt, we are happy to exchange it for a different size. Please reach out to us using the "contact us" button below with your name and order # so we can help you get that exchange started.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any other items as stated on every product listing and in our "Return Policy." As a small business, this is necessary in order for us to continue to roll out new items + be able to make each of your items with care. We do our very best to share as much detailed information about the fit of each item on every product listing. We appreciate your understanding!

How do I care for my Conviction Co Jewelry?

All of our jewelry items are made with 14k Gold-plated stainless steel. While a little water won't hurt them, we recommend avoiding harsh chemicals such as chlorine and removing before showering whenever possible, as chemicals in your self-care products may impact the integrity of the gold layer and reduce the lifespan of your jewelry.

For elastic jewelry - Please avoid letting your toddler or nephew slingshot your bracelets across the room. While we use high-quality elastic, only God is invincible ;) Please handle with care.

How do I care for my Conviction Co Apparel?

All of our apparel items are Machine washable.

  • WASH INSIDE OUT IN COLD OR WARM WATER
  • DRY INSIDE OUT OR HANG DRY
  • DO NOT IRON DIRECTLY ON DESIGN
  • DO NOT DRY CLEAN
How do I care for my Conviction Co Hats?

Spot clean only, using a wet washcloth. Do not launder.
