I came across this company a while ago and loved their message and purpose.
Hat came, opened the box, and immediately was taken aback by how large the hat was. This hat is built to fit a grown man, not necessarily an average/petite women. (And yes I read the websites vague description of the hats fits).
To describe the fit, if I pull it all the way flush with my head, it literally covers my eyebrows. If I wear it to not push down on my eyes, there is literally a two inch gap on top of my head. Truly wish this design could be put smaller on a smaller cap.
Also bummed there is not returns or exchanges. Would love to support the business with an exchange for an item that would fit appropriately, but the policy won’t allow it. With the lack of flexibility, probably won’t purchase in the future.
